From the Sketchbook ... Page 2
Sharing the work of Mike Norton
December 13th - If you've ever attended a comic convention, you know that many artists do quick sketches for fans. They can be a bit of a holy grail item for comic fans as they are often very personal representations of the art. To bring home a sketch by an artist you enjoy is a true treat. Recently, I wondered why I should be the only person who gets to enjoy the great work stored in my sketchbook? With that thought in mind, I decided, from time to time, to scan and share some of the sketchs I've collected. It's my way of honoring the artistry and creativity of those who've took the time to draw in my book.
Page 2 in this new series goes to Mike Norton who did a quick sketch of the Atom for me at Wizard World Chicago earlier this year. First we share a photo of Mike doing the sketch then the sketch itself. Thanks Mike!
