Comic Related's Related Recap Podcast Moves to Wednesdays
...and Picks Up the Pace!
April 28rd - Are you enjoying our new site podcast, The Related Recap? The show is really starting to hit its stride and we have a mix of strong creator interviews headed your way in the weeks ahead. As quickly as we can line them up, record and edit them, they will be heading your way through the site and, starting this week, iTunes.
So far, we're three episodes into the new show and we've been holding comfortably to a tight 14 day turnaround for each new episode. That said, for episode #4 you WILL NOT have to wait 14 days. That episode will go live just three days from today on Wednesday, April 30th.
Episode #4 will be the first in a series of single interview shows where we sit down to talk with comic creators and really explore their work and their role in the industry. This week's show will focus on Skipper Martin, the man behind Ape Entertainment's Bizarre New World and Bizarre New World: Population Explosion. Skipper, to say the least, is a lot of fun to talk to and a creator you do not want to miss so keep an eye out for that broadcast coming this week.
As we hit our pace with The Related Recap, we pledge that you will never have to wait more than 14 days for a new show. From this point forward, they will launch on Wednesdays. When we have the content to share with you, the show will work its way toward a weekly turnaround. When scheduling or travel makes recording a bit harder, the show will turn up every other week. Our goal, over time, is to move to a solid, weekly format but we have to walk until we can run.
