Those of you that frequent these boards should be well aware of who this next character is based off of:

Otto... first person that can tell me where the inspiration for that name comes from gets an imaginary cookie.

Obviously, this is a friend of mine, as will all or most of the fictional Gonzogoose characters be (though in wildly exaggerated ways of course).

Let me know what you think of Otto and all the characters so far. I'm getting lonely with no comments anywhere...
