Hey everyone,
Some of you know that I am working on putting together a SMALL show here in the Chicago south suburbs. Well I want to get my video pitch together, but I need to decide on a layout for the tables. So can you guys think of something other than this? I have to have everyone facing outward so people can have their Back Racks etc.

I would definately go with the third design, Dan. I really like the interior square, with the two tables together, creating space inbetween the other tables. Those spaces will create a mental lull for the attendees walking around. It will give seperation to the exhibitors because, as I'm sure you know, the longer you're at the con, the more the tables blend together. With those spaces, those center tables will break-up to the attendess. It may not sound like much, but the exhibitors behind those tables will be very thankful.

It's great seeing you do this and hope your pitch goes well. Let me know how things go and keep us all informed, this is a show I would like to check out if I could hitch a ride with somebody.

Oh cool thanks guys! Feedback much appreciated! As for coming to the show, I would say that it might be in your best interest to attend if your are close. I mean we are only looking at a 3500 sq ft room. But for 8 hours it was only $500. Compared to other places around here that was a steal. I am going to get the video presentation thrown together this weekend and I will post the video. Much appreciated words indeed!

It is going to be Sunday Feb 20. Just set the date today.
See I have 36 tables available to use, and that is really trying to cram in as many as I can and still have walking room. Dude, I'd do your show in a heartbeat.
I'd roll down I70 on a Saturday- pick up the G-Man, and we'd hit the Windy City. We'd split a room that night and pop to your show on Sunday. After the show, we'd kick-it back to Ohio and roll into town around 1 am- nothing new for me, bro, not after the Wizard Worlds and C2E2. If there's a table, I'll set-up. If not, no worries, man. Thought it was great!!!!! Informative. Entertaining. Creative. Everything you could want in a promo video. And we didn't have a disc golf tourney at Champion City until the SECOND YEAR....you can still get that thrown into the mix before Dan Con 2012!

No worries on the show, Dan. Maybe the following year.
I don't think I'll be at C2E2 this year. It's the same weekend as a local show here in Ohio- S.P.A.C.E.- C2E2 is a $400 table- SPACE- a $45 table and it's only 40 minutes from me.
