Just wrapping up a few details (2013 date confirmation, etc.) then the roll out starts in earnest. Plus, I think we all needed Sunday to recover. Saturday may be the most active day I've ever spent at a comic con. Lots of meeting people, talking about the show and planning for the future. I must say that Eric Banister has been amazing to work with already, I would have a very hard time taking this step without him squarely in my corner (he is my new Obi-Wan) and I'll be sharing a ton more details very soon. Charles, just read your sincere essay about your personal journey through comic fandom that has led you to being a Con Owner. I loved it and seemed like the natural progression of things. Maybe some folks don't believe in fate or destiny, but reading this tale, it seems to me like you were always meant to walk this path.
Bravo and continued success. Am damn proud of you, my friend. |

Think I congratulated you at the show, but I'll congratulate you again...
CONGRATS CHUCK!  When you told me in person, I was a little speechless, so I apologize if I didn't tell you at the show.  BTW, you picked an awesome show to buy. The people in Kentucky are awesome folks who deserve a great con run by a great guy like yourself. Kudos man, and I'll definitely be there in 2013. --------------------    |
