Saw this film with Raichal this afternoon. Both Raichal and I are avid fans of Ghost Hunters and have participated in several real life ghost hunts of our own.
We both loved about 97% of the film and thought it was very well done for the most part. The last ten minutes or so...didn't care for it. Felt too "Hollywood" and destroyed pretty much all the elements of stark realism the film had worked hard to develop up to this point. We heard people who had seen the film mention it was slow but the last ten minutes made it all worth the wait. Raichal and I felt quite the opposite. If you really get into the subject matter of the film there was nothing slow about it. It was very well paced and thought provoking. I heard the ending was re-written by some big name movie director (possibly even Spielberg) after Paramont decided to release it in theatres. Wished they would have left it alone. Still worth seeing. you wouldn't like the original endin either bill, has her go back to the body and lick or sniff it and then lunge at the camera. i like the ending with the cops personally.
i think the scene that got me the most other then her being pulled from the bed was the oiujii board. --------------------  |

The lunge at the camera thing was the ending I got. I would have liked the cops thing better...where did you see that at?
