Hey everyone, it's been awhile since I've promoted my comic, Flying Sparks. For those who don't know, it's a comic about a heroine in a relationship with a criminal who has powers of his own. They are unaware of each others' secret lives, which makes for a lot of fun. We just started the second issue of the series and the plot is really ramping up with some danger. Have a little preview below:

The comic has new pages every Wednesday, and there's some more surprises coming down the pipeline the next couple of months, so stay tuned!

Flying Sparks is written/lettered by Jon Del Arroz
Art in issue 1 by Michael Yakutis
Issue 2 Lines and Inks: Ren McKenzie
Issue 2 Colors: Sanju Nivangune
Current art team brought to you by Studio4Hire and our pal Mike Watson!

Just it start to finish and like it a great deal. Great story telling start the finish. Art is okay, but what saves it is the really super color job throughout.
Thumbs up. Can't wait to see what happens next.

I missed this, and thank you so much Ron! Your approval means a lot to me!

I just finished something to do with the comic that I'm not announcing yet, but it's very cool. I'll give a little hint and preview here:

I'm not super big on posting each time there's an update, but the guys (Ren and Sanju) from Studio4Hire really outdid themselves with the most recent Flying Sparks page. Here's a link so you can marvel at the wonderful funny book goodness: http://flyingsparkscomic.com/archive/issue-2-page-12/

Announcement time!

http://flyingsparkscomic.com/extras/audio/

Above and beyond our typical Wednesday update, we're releasing something that has been worked on for months! A full 30 minute audio drama spin-off that goes into the origins of one of the most interesting and influencial characters in the Flying Sparks-verse. Hours upon hours of work went into this production, so I really hope you enjoy it and tell your friends. This is my first audio production I've worked on, and incidentally the first soundtrack music I've worked to produce. Go listen! smile.gif
