Its really amazing how the actress who plays Olivia is able to hide her accent so well.

Actually, I don't think her accent is that heavy, and there are words you can hear it come out in, like "anything," which she said in that clip, she says the same way on the show. So yeah, she does a good job, but her accent isn't so thick it could be that difficult I don't think.

As for last night's episode, I personally enjoyed it. Wasn't one of the best episodes, but seeing the show head towards the resolution of this particular story (which is where I differ with Bill, because I think they are nearing that resolution and will reach it in the final two episodes) is cool for me. Now the main universe is shutting down, we learn Sam may be one of these first people or know a lot more about them, and from the looks of next week's episode I'm betting that machine went a little Transformers 2 on Peter's brain the way it showed him waking up.

Fun times.

A little side note here-

Saw the actor that plays Sam in the movie Unstoppable. Picked that up last weekend on d.v.d and watched it with the wife....damn good flick!

UNSTOPPABLE is a truly awesome action movie that moves along ....well, like a runaway freight train. Hahahah. Saw it at the theater, loved it, and snag the Blu-Ray disc the week it came out. Chris Pine (the new Captain Kirk) and Denzel Washington are really a great team.

Yep, saw this a few weeks ago, very good flick. Much better, in my opinion, than Washington's Subway movie, The Taking of Pelham 123 remake.

Fringe pulled out off a two week slump with tonight's episode. I thought the "crowbar" revelation was pretty cool and loved it when that type writer started to type out Liv's phrase...and the phrase itself was the perfect choice for the story and a great feather in the cap for the writing on this show.

Next week.....the end of season 3. Looks like it's going to be a wild ride.

Totally agree, this was a great episode with lots of moments throughout. Next week's finale does indeed look to be a wild ride. A fun, wild ride!

That was an odd jump at the end. I figured there might be a Terminator or 2 running around wink.gif No just kidding. Awesome as always, really opens it up for the next season to continue on, as long as it don't turn into a Terminator style future. Haha

Yeah, I agree Dan. I like the show a lot, and always nice to see Sam in action, but that ending seeming somehow worn and overused. Oooh, Peter's been thrown in the future. Come on, they could have come up with something better. Hopefully this won't be a long plot detour.

Yeah...this episode had the potential to be another stereotypical, cliche time travel story.....and to be honest I thought I was going to get just that. As well as a great deal of disappointment.

What I got instead was a well thought out, intelligent, dynamic time travel story......I loved this episode especially that ending.

Very clever....I knew the whole story had to end with another trip through time....and we got just that....but with a twist.

It was also scary.

Because if something was to happen...and this ends up being the last episode of Fringe....ever.

It's a nice cliffhanger of an ending.

Just in case no one sees this: http://comicrelated.com/news/13426/fringe-digital-comic

Star Joshua Jackson writing a digital comic about the show called Beyond the Fringe.

Can't wait for the new season to begin. Sadly still without cable, so hopefully I'll be able to catch it online somehow.

My wife is gonna have to record this for me...been pulling 10 hour shifts and going to bed by 8:00!

I'm going to have her record the new series debut "Person Of Interest" also by J.j.Abrahams tonight.....who knows I might find time to watch both shows before the weekend is over...working Saturday too.

I'm also much interested in catching PERSON OF INTEREST too, Bill. But also BIG BANG THEORY returns tonight as well. Wahoo. Still, FRINGE remains number one the hit list. I think TERRA NOVA starts Sunday night.

We're off and running on Season 4. Peter is caught in some kind of limbo, erased...but not totally, whereas the Bald Headed man has been told to finish the job...and somehow can't complete his mission. Meanwhile new shape changers have arrived in our world and our Olivia believes they are coming over from the other side.
Things will get freaky. Oh yeah.
