After a really bonehead snafu, for which I take full responsibility, we're back! Issue 4 and 5 arrive today, and they'll ship no later than Monday to everyone who has ordered them. They're also available on Indy Planet and through Haven Distributors. Thanks for hanging in there folks! Issue 6 coming shortly!

Bit of trivia about that cover, can anyone figure out where the mistake is in that cover? And Chuck and Brant you can't answer!

Ms. Anarchy seems to be a tad bit off, but other than that I can't spot anything.

I just saw this post. It really threw me for a loop, because I received my copies of those issues two weeks ago! How the heck is this happening.

Ms. Anarchy seems to be a tad bit off, but other than that I can't spot anything. Actually, Ms. Anarchy and Shockwave are the keys to the mistake. Notice their age? This picture is of the Guardians when they were in their prime, the FIRST team to use that name. The team we've seen thus far is the second incarnation. Ms. Anarchy and Shockwave have a daughter that attended high school with Dynagirl, and yet she's in this picture? Nope. She didn't have her powers at the time this picture was taken, and would have only been a little kid at that time. I noticed the goof pretty much right away, but decided to let it go because I loved the cover too much to change it. So it has a little mistake in it. Doesn't make it any less cool for me, but it does give a bit of trivia. And if worse comes to worse, we can always rock a time travel story at some point to clean things up. hehe you never know.... -------------------- |

Waiting for issues 4 & 5 to appear in my mailbox makes me feel like a kids waiting for my Marvel subscriptions to show up! I will run out to the mail box as I did as a kid with fingers crossed which increases their chances of being there by 50% which was accurate 10% of the time.

When is that trade coming out? And make sure you DON'T send me a copy so I can get it from my LCS. Also, if I pester my LCS can they still get issues 1-4 through Haven? Sorry, I've been out of the loop with the H1Z1 virus. -------------------- You can Email me or visit my blog, Desultory Views, which I do update when I get the chance.

Ok, first off Chuck, where did you get copies of the books before they hit the street? hmmmm?
And yeah we've got some copies left for sure so if your LCS wants em, all they have to do is order em up through Haven, and we'll get em rockin'! They will also be able to order through the Comics Monkey system here soon I believe, and obtain dealer discounts and all that fun. The trade, packed with so much goodness one can hardly imagine, will see the light of day around January or so, depending. I'll definitely be taking it with me as we hit the con circuit in 2010, so it'll be widely available after the first of the year. And when I say "packed with goodness", I mean it! We'll have pretty much every sketch, character design, altered page and more included as well as creator bios, interviews, and all sorts of other crazy stuff. I'm a big fan of trades that give the fans a bit more than just a reprint of the same stuff they bought before, and while I've probably gone way beyond the norm with this one, I feel like it's important to show people just exactly what we went through to make this thing happen. Believe me when I say, you won't be disappointed. -------------------- |

Ok, first off Chuck, where did you get copies of the books before they hit the street? hmmmm? I don't know. Some dude named Graves showed up and offered my comics or a suitcase. I didn't want to deal with the ethics, so I went with the comics. He seemed very upset and started talking about Roanoke. -------------------- You can Email me or visit my blog, Desultory Views, which I do update when I get the chance.
