Got it!
As I was explaining to Matt my role at the Champion City show has changed slightly this year with the new job taking up more of my time. Scott Riley, co-organizer of the show and owner of Main Street Comics and Games, will be handling all the table arrangements for the creative guests and vendors so if you have questions about that aspect of the show, he's the guy to get in contact with. Frank Raynor has taken a step forward and become much more involved in the charity auction aspect of the show. I will be overseeing the schedule for the panels going on all through out the day and the details about the Champion City Awards. Scott of course will be handling other aspects of the show, as will I (including hotel stay for guests, the before con dinner the night before and the after con party the day of the show). All other aspects about the show not mentioned here, Scott is also the go to guy.
