Sorry- I've been mega busy. I think we really need an influx of new blood here. After we merge with CR, I don't think that'll be a problem. And unfortunately, I'm not buying up comics or videos much-- unless of course you want to talk about the cost of tuition. There's some great stuff to buy at Daz3D and Renderosity, though!! (Dang! I leaked my source of reference!)
Ok--ok--ok-- Here's one-- I've been condensing most of my digital files from CDs to DVDs- I'm posting this in the life section. Anyone want to join me discussing arranging reference and what not? -------------------- |

Actually, I've been bouncing around the message boards and working on a lot of drawing. What's taken up a lot of my time this week are the final cards for March of Dimes this week, and a couple of commissions. As I told you the other day, Jake, I've had to get used to the idea of coming home and getting behind the drawing table. I'm happy to say that I've managed to make a couple of bucks, but I need to keep the momentum going at this point. I guess since 06 I've kept starting and stopping and starting and stopping-- life's gotten in the way in the worst way sometimes.

I have also been busy. I lost my day job many moths ago, so I've been
taking in a lot of coloring comissions. I am currently working on on 16 page anthology and soon a full 25 page comic for various submissions. I try to pop in as often as I can though. |

Wow... I'm sorry for your job loss but glad that you can make that up in commissions! I'd probably sit outside and airbrush 50 shirts a day to make up for the loss myself!

I'm trying to make a comeback to the boards. I'm neck deep in a bunch o projects plus there was the zarlock pages we did. With things getting under control I hope to be drawin' and postin' again more and more.

That's okay about the job loss. I was working for Wal-Mart and had to kow they were going to be
making cuts at some point in time. I just wish they were kinder about it. I am making enough each month to pay at least couple of bills and get groceries. I had no idea how bad the economy was until this past year. Anyway, it's kind of cool that we all have something we are doing. It would suck if we wern't working on our art or writing in some form. Well, I am off to color up some more pages 3 left on the anthology book. |
