Niiiiice. Thanx Meow! She is fit. Another nice one Ralf. You definately have a grasp of the female anatomy. And more to come... Another Daily Sketch... And again I've chosen an DC character.. For some reason TwoFace was stuck in my mind... So I did an TwoFace for today... Tomorrow I'm really gonna do something else than an DC character... I just never realized how much fun it is to draw them. ![]() greetz, Ralf van der Hoeven |

For today's Daily sketch I've chosen for an European comic character.
This is an creation of French writer André-Paul Duchâteau and the late artist Gilbert Gascard (Tibet) The dutch would know him better as Rik Ringers. This is mine translation of the character; ![]() greetz, Ralf van der Hoeven |

For today's daily sketch I sketched The Abomination from the Hulk comics. It was an suggestion made by Jordy te Braak.
Found out while sketching it, it wasn't my favorite to draw... Was kind off an struggle to get through..... This weekend I'll be on the road, so the daily sketches will be little ones. But I'm still gonna do them. At least I'll try.... Well here's the abomination; ![]() greetz, Ralf van der Hoeven |

ralf, I love that these drawings have a sense of solidity on volume that a lot of comic/fine art lacks (mine included). All of these characters look like the art could be given to a sculptor to recreate in the third dimension. I'm digging it. only critique would be to ever-so-slightly smooth your women's figures to accentuate their femininity. You have a killer knowledge of human musculature but i feel like that episode of seinfeld where jerry breaks up with his nudist girlfriend because he saw her open a jar of pickles in the buff. some muscles, like jerry, i don't find to be sexy (though, beauty is subjective). all-in-all... RAD!

Continued great work. Looking forward to working with you soon. For yesterday's daily sketch check out my blog. Didn't found it much so I didn't post it on the forums Today no comic hero... not even an fantasy hero.. Its the ultimate... best known...Game hero EFFÂH; SUPER MARIO!!! Today's daily sketch came once again from Gert-Jan van Oosten. He was the first which answered my call for suggestions. And he came with Super Mario... So there he is.... Took me back when I was an 8 year old brat.... Mario was the first thing I drew ![]() greetz, Ralf van der Hoeven |

Something funny happened today... I was minding my own business working at my dayjob...Listening to an podcast named "Blue Line's sketch podcast". Suddenly they mentioned me.. ME!!! That never happened to me... For people that wants to listen go check Blue Line's Sketch Podcast #34. CLICK HERE They don't talk about it long, but they mentioned me at around minute 42. All because of my daily sketches
And off course thanks mr. Bill Nichols for mention me in your podcast. :)Made my day. Now for the daily sketch off today... It was an suggestion from Iris Compiet. THE DEVIL... Made him like how I see him... enjoy: ![]() greetz, Ralf van der Hoeven |
