I'd like to toss out a book for inking that one may not find looking only at comic instructional materials:



Rendering in Pen and Ink: The Classic Book On Pen and Ink Techniques for Artists, Illustrators, Architects, and Designers

Tom Nguyen's Hard Core Inking DVD is also a great peak behind the curtain.

Here's the trailer.

The Doug Mahnke pencilling DVD is also fantastic. I'd suggest buying them in a set. My buddy and I did and we just exchanged the DVD's to watch.
