Hey everyone! I thought I'd join the band wagon here at the Artist Showcase thread and post some of my daily sketches and work I produce. If you have a request feel free to to reply. Critiques, comments, and suggestions are always welcome. Thanks!

Batgirl. I’m really glad about the Batgirl revamp by DC. I wasn’t around reading comics when Barbara Gordon was dawning the cape so I am glad I get to witness one of my favorite DC characters in action.

I'm thrilled to announce that Andres is doing the spot illustrations for a new Airship 27 pulp anthology, TALES FROM THE HANGING MONKEY. South Seas island adventures circa the late 1930s and the sketches he's turned in are amazingly beautiful.

Actually we ended up shifting assignments, not that Andres wouldn't have done a dynamite job on the Hanging Monkey book, but we also had a new Black Bat Mystery project lined up and after seeing him do Batgirl and some of the other pieces here, I thought he'd have tons more fun with the Black Bat, so he's now on that project and has the first story in-hand, from which he'll be doing up 3 spot illustrations. And he does have my permission to show them off here once he's finished them.

Andres has signed on to do the illustrations for Airship 27 Production's newest BLACK BAT MYSTERY Vol II. Yahoo. I love how he's done the main character and his girlfriend Carol. Great stuff.

Andres, you do draw women beautifully, and that one of Carol Baldwin (the Black Bat's girlfriend) totally captured her. Super well done.

Here is a scan of the first Black Bat illustration pencils before I continue with digital inks.
 Along with a new Ursula sketch I plan on inking slowly. The top of her staff will be emitting the source of light.
