Just a heads up for those who may not be aware, but IDW's critically acclaimed 'Last Stand Of The Wreckers' will be getting the deluxe hardcover treatment in mid January.

Written by fan favourite creators Nick Roche (Who also illustrates) and James Roberts, this is one of the gnarliest, fullest and most satisfying Transformers books IDW have put out. Like, EVER.

The book focuses on The Wreckers, a group of Autobot commandos sent to infiltrate a maximum security prison that has been taken over by the deranged, dangerous Decepticon Overlord. Walking into an asylum that has quite literally been taken over by the lunatics, bullets fly, oil splashes everywhere and, yes, lots of death and greivous injury ensues.

The story has already seen a trade paperback release, but this deluxe hardcover version will include approximately 40 pages of extra material.
