Chuck, once more thanks for the write-up on our latest pulp book. And again, I want to make it clear to our fans that six of these stories
collected in this 7 story volume were published several years ago in another book. We are not trying to fool anyone here. But because we could not reprint that particular character (for reasons too involved to get into) we chose to change the names and create a brand new character. Of course those of you who have no clue what I'm talking about and never bought the old book...ha...then please, come on aboard and take a shot with BROTHER BONES. I guarantee you tons of pulp action galore. |

True story you all enjoy. A pulp fan, upon seeing the notice of BROTHER BONES, dropped me a line asking me to clarify in detail
how this book related to the old title we did way back when. I did so happily, explaining that six of these stories were not new, they were reprints, albeit we changed the names in them to this new character. Figured most folks who had bought the old version wouldn't want to get this one. Lo and behold, I get a reply from this gentlemen thanking me for my explanation and telling me he's still going to order the book as he wants to see how we've made the changes and he very much wants to read the new story we added to this volume! I was bowled over. Pulp fans, like comic fans, are the best. Oh, and a tip of the fedora to Andrew Salmon for his generous review of BROTHER BONES. Much appreciated, sir. |

Just a heads up people, I'm in touch with an artist and it looks like, with fingers crossed, Rob and I are going to produce a 48 page
one shot Brother Bones comic before the year is out. Rob will provide the cover and we'll have it done at Ka-Blam as we did our graphic novel Daughter of Dracula. So again, thanks for the idea, Larry and keep watching this forum for updates. |

Hi gang. Just wanted to let you know the Brother Bones one shot comic, BULLETS OF JADE, is almost finished. John Polacek, our amazing
artist has turned in 41 of the 48 pages. Rob Davis, our book designer, will start lettering those pages some time this week. Once completed, Rob will provide the color cover for this comic, based on our pulp character, and we will be publishing it Ka-Blam, like our Daughter of Dracula graphic novel, through Rob's Redbud Studio. Soon as we have a cover ready, I'll be posting it right here. Stay tuned. |

Your welcome, Larry. John's work is very, very stylized and uniquely his own. Which I appreciate a lot, as this book isn't going to look like
any other you've seen recently. And that's a very good thing. |

Thanks, Jay. As I mentioned above, John's only got another 7 pages to finish. Rob Davis has started lettering them, so I'm guessing it will
take us maybe one more month to get that wrapped up and off to Ka-Blam. Fingers crossed, ha. |

Well gang, John's only got three pages left to do and the interiors are done!! Meanwhile Rob Davis worked up a cover sketch which I've posted on my gallery and we've sent it off to Shane Evans in New Zealand to do his coloring magic on it. I'll posted the finished version
when ready. |

These are the original pages when the story was being done about a character owned by another creator.
