Agreed, Tim. I wish they writers on CASTLE were smart enough to get them together, but not blow the series dynamics. Its an entertaining show and you'd think in this day and age these guys would be smart enough to pull it off.

Re: the women on Human Target...
...just finished playing catch-up, and although I like the actress who plays Mrs. Pucchi (Indira Varma), I kind of think it might have been a smarter idea to make her more of a nemesis/thorn in Chance's side than a romantic interest. (Of course, season three might just place her in a Jim Phelps-style role: just give Chance an assignment and watch him kick ass). I like Ames as well - mostly, I like having another random element who just so happens to be a woman. Otherwise, this season was actually pretty good. -------------------- Tipping Sacred Cows since 2004 at http://www.blogthispal.com

Clearly the BIG news here is that Fox is STILL happy with Fringe....the better of the two shows. And again, my own mixed feelings about Human Target.
If it comes back next season, I'll watch it. But if it does not, I won't be terribly disappointed either. |

I'd be sad to see it go, but I think the way it ended lent itself to a clean exit without any plot holes to really wrap up, so I'd be satisfied. Not happy, but satisfied.
That said, I hope it is renewed. I like the comments in that link, Tim, I just hope Fox listens. Personally, I'd much rather see Human Target than those stupid sitcoms they have now, Raising Hope and the other one. It baffles me how those have been hits. -------------------- |

The only two shows I care about on Fox are "House" and "Human Target," I also hope that Fox listens to what the fans have to say.

And Fringe is better than either of those.

Aw... Human Target got canceled. Fox picked up four new shows and axed three, this one included. Bummer. Fox strikes again.

Fox strikes again. http://omg.yahoo.com/news/fox-cancels-huma...new-shows/62648 Yeah, Breaking in got the axe, but it had two or three cursed actors involved (Slater and Harrison from Reaper have both been in three axed shows now). One of the many big surprises was that they axed Locke and Key after only the pilot. Never even attempted to give it a chance. Fox does seem to make some surprising, shocking and bad decisions when it comes to TV. Sad they could not let alot of these shows build up an audience. Takes two seasons for most shows to get good. |

No surprise here, I told all of you they were dumbing it down with the dames and the romance. It was suppose to be a macho action series, not True Love.
Honestly, I might one day pick up Season One....but Two was a lost cause and pretty much explains this cancellation. |

The only really good thing that may come from this cancellation is IF they do get around to launching the Wild Wild West remake, the guy who played Chance would make a great Jim West!

Just pray Jon Peters is not part of it. The guys been a bit quiet since Superman REturns and a court case, so someone may have pity on him and give him a job. And then we get Giant Spider Mach 2. |
