![]() Hey guys it's been a while since I've posted anything, but I thought this might be a good one to show. This is my final for my pictorial foundation class at University of the Arts. It was essentially an open ended assignment, the only requirement being that it be a sequential of some kind. So I jumped at the opportunity to do a comic page. This is my character, for which I have a series of comics lined up for, although it's a bit out of context since its only one page, and without giving too much away about him, this would be a time where he is questioning an action he has made (Typical super hero stuff right?) and the middle panel shows the object that gives him his powers. This was inked with quill pen and brush with India ink and done on cold press illustration board. Also sorry for the watermark but considering that I did this for school I'm taking it a bit more seriously than I would if it were a fan art piece. I will be posting the finished version that I painted with watercolor shortly. Hope you guys like it, and as always crits and comments are welcome no matter how harsh! p.s. If anyone is interested in seeing or getting their hands on the comic I self published last year featuring this character here's the link http://www.indyplanet.com/store/product_in...roducts_id=1208 |
