A New Addition of sorts |

So, several folks around here know that earlier this year my wife was pregnant and then miscarried. The doc checked her out and determined there was nothing at all wrong with her and said that it is quite common. After getting that news we decided to keep trying, and sure enough, she's pregnant again! We went to her first ultrasound appointment on Thursday and saw a very strong heartbeat on a little tiny bean sized baby! She's 8 weeks pregnant as of this week. Talk about the coolest Christmas present I could imagine!

Bit of an update here, we went in for an after hours ultrasound with a good friend and his wife, who is an ultrasound tech. We got to see little arms and feet, a very strong heartbeat, and it was moving all over the place! We're pretty stoked to begin 2010 put it that way!

So have you already started working on a DG and/or JT onesie? The cape on the JT one could double as a bib... Or how about a FJ pacifier? Oh the marketing possibilities......

We kept it secret till we showed up at her house for the holidays and then told her. She was suitably surprised and very happy.
