Wouldn't you know it, I get a free beta code from another website, download the game this morning, play it for a couple of hours and find out today is the last day of the beta. ARGH!
Downloaded 14.2 gigs for nothing! Still... it was a lot of fun. I agree with Lisa, though, the controls leave much to be desired. Still the costume choices, the power choices, the city environments... all pretty cool if you ask me. My guy had telekinesis and could float through the air, climb up buildings like Spider-Man, and I had dual swords. I got to fight alongside Superman, flirt with Power Girl, and beat up some robots and gorillas. If I could afford it, I'd buy this and keep a monthly plan up. But alas, I neither have the cash or the time, but it was a fun couple of hours I got to play around in this expansive and fun world. -------------------- |
