As most of you GAPO the Clown fans know I've been having some MAJOR computer issues and as a result the strip has not been updated in a while.

After a week of computer people doing whatever computer people do, I finally have it back and with a new hard drive, which is good and bad. Good because now it works like new and wont give me the problems I've been having for the last year or so. Bad because now I have to rebuild all the programs and fonts and shit in order to do what I normally do with the strip.

That being said, the strip will return soon. Probably not this week though. I'm sorry if my computer mishap has interrupted anyone's good time but rest assure the mediocrity will return.

Looking forward to it! Good luck on the rebuild. From someone who understands the work you're describing intimately, I feel for you. It's quite an effort.

And it could have come at the worst time. I had a deadline moved up and I'm supposed to start on a new comic (news on that to follow).

Okay, my computer is fixed. My wife bought a laptop, so now I have a back-up.
My software is reloaded. I'm ready to go, right? You'd think so.

My @#&%! scanner is down. Does it ever end!

To be host, I'll be able to scan later today but I have a tone of family commitments today and this weekend
and I just wont have time to do any work. So the strip will be back on Wednesday, September 3rd. I know it seems
like a lot of time to get one of my dumb little strips done, but my wife's family is in town and my son starts
first grade on Tuesday, so I just wont have the time. But Wednesday I promise.
