Did I miss issue #40? I thought that I had re-subscribed to sketch but there was an error with the order so now
I am not sure if it went through, it's been several months since the order was placed.

I don't even know if I am still subscribed. It's being worked on and will be out eventually.

You sound confident. I dig the magazine, if it came out thirty years ago I probably would have stuck with my art. But this looks like it's about to be an unhappy ending for me (remember Pizzaz magazine? I had a subscription to that too) and I would be just as happy with any 5 issues that I don't already have (yes I bought a 10 back issue pack).

I was just talking about this with Bob Hickey last night.

He's going to be getting #40 ready to print and in the meantime, I'll be working on the issues coming up after that. #41 will feature the Alex Ross interview Bill Love did.

They're coming, so no unhappy ending...

*cough* *cough* The Sketch magazine Color contest winners were never announced but then again, there were only three of us, in all. =)

Good to hear a little competition going! When things start rolling, we'll be rolling out the contests. Again, the winners will be published in Sketch. And trust me, people see them...so, something extra to look forward to.

I'm just looking forward to it's eventual return.

I was getting the feeling that Sketch magazine has gone by the wayside so to speak. I was beginning to wonder if my subscription had run out. I'm still eagerly awaiting issue #40.

It's supposedly being printed now. In fact, it may already be. I'll find out for sure this evening.
