Landscape Entertainment Acquires Graphic Novel “Pretty, Baby, Machine”

PRETTY, BABY, MACHINE, a graphic novel conceived by Clark Westerman (I,LUCIFER) with illustrations by Kody Chamberlain (30 DAYS OF NIGHT), first released in May of this year has been acquired by Landscape Entertainment to be developed as a feature film.  Landscape topper Bob Cooper will produce with the company’s Brian Truman overseeing development along with executive producers Clark Westerman and Rodney Wilson.

PRETTY, BABY, MACHINE, a mystery thriller, is set during the long, hot summer of 1933, when prohibition was in full swing and Al Capone was king.  Three of the world's most infamous gangsters, Pretty Boy Floyd, Baby Face Nelson and Machine Gun Kelly make a pact to put Capone in the dirt.

Bob Cooper commented, “PRETTY, BABY, MACHINE is a fabulous story with compelling characters and stunningly beautiful graphics that we feel will resonate with audiences worldwide.  We are excited to have the opportunity to work with Clark and Rodney in bringing their work to the big screen.”

Clark Westerman is represented by Sean Davis of The Phoenix Organization.
