Shipping Policy

How are comics shipped?

 

We typically ship orders in padded mailers with cardboard inserts to protect your books.  All comics, prior to sale, are individually bagged and back boarded and will be shipped that way.  If your order will not fit in a padded mailer, it will be shipped boxed and padded.  If you have special shipping needs, please let us know and we'll work with your individual situation.

 

What shipping method to you use?

 

We ship UPS for all our orders.  A tracking number will be e-mailed to you following shipment.

 

What will I be charged for shipping?

 

We strive to keep shipping charges simple. For a domestic, United States order, we charge a flat $8 for any order containing up to 5 comics. For each additional 10 comics, the shipping goes up incrementally until it hits a maximum of $14. Here's a breakdown of our rates...

 

Up to 5 comics	Flat rate / $5 shipping
6 to 15 comics	Flat rate / $8 shipping
16 to 25 comics	Flat rate / $10 shipping
26 to 35 comics	Flat rate / $12 shipping
36 or more comics	Flat rate / $14 shipping

 

Our shopping cart will calculate this for you. We do not charge any kind of "handling fee" associated with packaging your books. We cover all costs associated with bagging, backboarding and packaging your order.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

 

We try and ship all internet orders within 48 hours.  Once the package reaches shipping, it generally takes 4-8 days for the order to be delivered (depending on where you are located).  Total shipping time would be 6 to 10 days within the domestic United States.

 

Can I still place an order if I live outside the United States?

 

All shipping prices on our site are for domestic United States orders only and the shopping cart (currently) is only set up for domestic orders.  We would be more than happy to ship products outside the US!  Please contact us [link] for additional information on how to complete your international order.  We'll handle your order personally ensuring the best payment and shipping strategy available to meet your needs.
